We’re seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a well-established paediatric clinic in Norwest, Sydney.

This full-time or part-time role is ideal for someone looking to start their career with confidence, surrounded by experienced mentors and a friendly, multidisciplinary team. With a staged caseload build-up, regular supervision, and structured development plans, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What’s on Offer

• Salary package of $76,000 to $80,000 plus super, reflecting your growth stage
• Structured induction with shadowing, training, and caseload ramp-up over 3 months
• Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior OT, monthly peer supervision, and ad-hoc support
• Professional development budget of up to $2,000 per year
• Tools of the trade provided: MacBook Air, iPad, therapy room and full resource suite

• Clinic-based paediatric practice with occasional school visits
• Caseload includes ASD, ADHD, sensory processing, handwriting, fine/gross motor skills and more
