B3 is a 20-bed medical-surgical unit that specializes in patients with barriers to discharge. B3 is led by Nursing Support and Clinical Operations leadership. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our patients and work closely with case management to ensure that they have the safest possible plan for their discharge. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a New Grad RN who shares our passion for nursing and commitment to excellence. Requirements: • Current or upcoming graduate with an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). • New Grad RNs are encouraged to apply. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
