Tasks

• You identify potential customers proactively and take active contact
• You maintain and expand your network at trade fairs, events, and industry events
• You create convincing offers, cases, and pitches in close cooperation with Strategy and PM
• You consistently follow up on leads and offers and steer your pipeline independently
• You maintain our CRM and ensure a clean documentation of all sales activities
• You monitor the market and competition and recognize new potential early on
• You hand over won customers structured into operational business

Qualification

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, new business or account management, ideally in the agency or creator marketing environment
• A existing and relevant network to brands and companies in the B2C sector
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Eigeninitiative, persuasiveness and joy in networking
• Structured and self-directed work style
• You know the creator economy, understand how influencer marketing works and can speak on eye level with marketing decision-makers on the customer side
