Tasks

• You are responsible for planning and coordinating the necessary trades for the infrastructure of a wind farm, such as foundation work, road construction, cable routes (internal and external) and network connections.
• You create performance schedules for all participating trades.
• You accompany, coordinate, and control the tendering, awarding, invoicing, documentation, and acceptance of all participating trades.
• You create and inspect plans and ensure the efficient and economical use of building materials and equipment.
• You have independent leadership of construction sites on site and oversee the trades.
• You are responsible for occupational safety, quality, and order on the construction site.
• You always keep an eye on the quality and progress of the work and document the activities.
• On-site control of construction assembly.

Qualification

• You are a certified polisher or technician (m/w/d), have a master's degree in civil engineering or road construction, or possess a comparable education/study.
• You already have extensive professional experience in civil engineering and road construction and have already accompanied wind farm projects in the coordination of construction.
• You have secure MS Office skills.
• You bring knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN 18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB).
• You have very good language skills in German and at least a Class B driver's license.
• We expect travel readiness (not on weekends).
