Network Architect Remote (m/w/d) - 1395

We are looking for an experienced network architect (m/w/d) with deep knowledge in network engineering and operation according to ISO 20000.

You will support project leadership and departments in evaluating technical concepts, conduct tests, and accompany the technical implementation until commissioning.

Tasks

• Technical consulting for PMO and department teams
• Evaluation and feasibility analysis of submitted network concepts
• Creation and execution of tests & test plans
• Support during system introduction and configuration
• Accompaniment in negotiations, bid evaluations, and auxiliary services
• Participation in internal specialist events

Qualification

• Mult-year experience in complex network environments
• Fundamental knowledge of campus & data center networks (Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Extreme, Arista)
• Deep understanding of SDN technologies (e.g. Cisco SDA, ACI, SPBM, VxLAN/EVPN)
• Knowledge in firewalls, DDI, network automation, and network documentation (NetBox, Nautobot)
• Experience with IT security architectures and research infrastructure
• Familiarity with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2015, TISAX AL3, BSI IT-Grundschutz
