Network and Cloud Administrator (m/w/d)

Scope of duties:

As a network and cloud administrator, you will be part of our ambitious digitalization team,

that drives innovative solutions in the bicycle industry forward. Your tasks include

planning, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure as well as managing

and optimizing our cloud platforms. You will work closely with internal teams,

to advance the integration of new technologies and realize our digital vision.

This is what you'll be facing:

• Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Wartung unserer Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Windows Hyper-V Cluster (on premise), Azure Cloud and Entra ID
  • M365 Platform (MS Teams, Exchange online, SharePoint, Office Apps)
  • Citrix and RDS-Umgebung, VPN-Infrastruktur (Lancom)
  • Backup on premise and Cloud
• Telefon Infrastruktur (MS Teams)
• Standortbetreuung bundesweit (remote)
  • IT-Netzwerk und Kassensysteme, Kameras
• Unterstützung im Helpdesk (Second Level Support)
• Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für unsere IT-Systeme
  • Microsoft Intune, MDM-Management, Antivirus Endpoint Management (ESET)
  • Firewall and VPN-Gateway (Lancom)
• Implementierung und Pfl ege Prozessüberwachung
  • Paessler PRTG Monitoring
• Implementierung IT-Assetmanagement und Dokumentation der IT-Landschaft
• Unterstützung anderer Teams bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs-Projekten

• Completed education or degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Fundamental knowledge in network technologies, cloud infrastructure, and their administration
• Experience in implementing and optimizing IT security measures
• Able to solve problems and proactively troubleshoot errors
• Self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills and teamwork ability
