Network Engineer (m/w/d)

As part of our team at our location in Karlsruhe, at our subsidiary ILK, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Whether on-site or in a home office, you will be competently supporting our customers and employees.
Tasks
- Self-responsible integration, monitoring, and optimization of network components such as routers, switches, access points, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our customers, possibly in collaboration with the manufacturer
- Participation in the renewal of our core network
- Participation in various customer projects
- Independent implementation of customer projects in the network area
- Participation in on-call duty
Qualification
- You have a completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT education
- Multiple years of professional experience in network engineering
- Prior knowledge in the network (LAN) area (preferably Cisco or Juniper)
- CCNA / JNCIA certification is advantageous
- Familiarity with WAN is advantageous or willingness to develop further in the WAN area
- Fluent German in writing and speaking, as well as good English skills
