We are looking for: Network Planner Strom (m/w/d) - Full-time or part-time | immediately | in Zeulenroda

Tasks

We are expanding our department of medium-voltage and low-voltage network planning and are seeking motivated engineers or technicians who want to actively shape modern network planning. In addition to classical planning processes, we increasingly rely on digital workflows, automated evaluations, and our own KI system to support network modeling and project work.

Technical Planning

• Planning and dimensioning of medium-voltage and low-voltage networks
• Performance of load flow, short-circuit, and voltage drop calculations
• Modeling and maintenance of network models (MS/NS)
• Integration of photovoltaics, e-mobility, storage systems, and heat pumps
• Preparation of technical documentation, cable routes, and plan sheets

Digital Tools & Documentation

• Creation of network plans, diagrams, and documentation
• Use of modern planning systems (GIS, CAD, network calculation)
• Utilization of our company's own KI server
• Participation in the development of digital planning processes

Project Support

• Coordination with grid operators, authorities, and project partners
• Determination of technical parameters and material lists
• Participation in site visits and route discussions
• Support for team leadership in §14d analyses (bottleneck evaluation, scenarios)

Qualification

Achieved Qualification

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology or equivalent
• First experience in planning MS/NS networks or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with network calculation (e.g. PowerFactory, NePlan, SINCAL) desirable
• Proficiency in GIS/CAD advantageous
• Familiarity with VDE guidelines, TAB, and network connection processes beneficial

Personal Skills

• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• High willingness to learn in the field of network calculation and simulation
• Interest in digital and KI-based planning methods
• Teamwork and good communication
