Network Technician - (SS-FNW241120 007/01)

You will be part of a team in a security firm specializing in supplying the latest security surveillance systems to the Asia Pacific region. Our client has gained a remarkable reputation for their high-performance equipment and comprehensive after-sales technical services. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for the following :- Be a part of Network Maintenance standby duty rotation that is assigned by the Team Lead. Achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) set for resolving situations that may arise during the maintenance. Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines. Provide technical support to the clients and ensure that their needs are met. Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the network equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the maintenance. Collaborate with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the network equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly. Identify and report any technical issues or potential problems that may arise during the maintenance. Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and recorded in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines.
