Network Technician - (SS-FNW240507 002/01)

You will be part of a team in a security firm specializing in supplying the latest security surveillance systems to the Asia Pacific region. Our client has gained a remarkable reputation for their high-performance equipment and comprehensive after-sales technical services. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for the following :- Be a part of Network Maintenance standby duty rotation that is assigned by the Team Lead. Achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) set for resolving situations in a timely manner. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and on-site visits. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network equipment and systems. Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate records of all activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
