**Job Description:**
Join UPS and support the planning and optimization of a complex and high-volume logistics network. As a Network Support Specialist, you will have a key role in ensuring the correct ground network operation of UPS Italy and its integration with the European network. Working closely with Hubs and operational centers, you will use data, systems and operational knowledge to keep the network efficient, particularly during peak periods and structural changes.
If you are an analytical, flexible person and comfortable working shifts in a dynamic operational context, this role will offer you visibility on strategic network decisions within a global organization.

**Tasks**
In this full-time and permanent role, you will deal with:
+ Plan, monitor and optimize the UPS ground network and its connections with other European countries.
+ Support network operations during emergencies, peak periods and holidays, as well as during structural changes to the network.
+ Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure network performance.
+ Provide operational support and specialized skills to Hubs and operational centers.
+ Use and support the main company systems, including Opsys, NIS, SEAS, Load Planning, GFTS and TFCS.
+ Support hub and center users with operational issues and system-related questions.
+ Work on three rotating shifts to ensure continuous network support (07:00- 16:00, 8.30-17.30 or 13.30-22.00 with break included)
**Skills**
+ Strong interest in network planning, operations or the logistics environment.
+ Good knowledge of the English language for collaborations at European level.
+ Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Access.
+ Proficiency in the use of Power BI.
+ Completing the profile is any knowledge of tools such as Python and SQL.
+ Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
+ Strong teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
+ Proactive and solution-oriented approach to operational problems.
