Network Serviceperson - Whangamata

About the job: We’re looking for experienced Network Servicepeople to help maintain and repair our water, stormwater and wastewater networks across the Thames–Coromandel District. The role involves: A mix of reactive and scheduled work, ensuring our systems operate efficiently. Actively install, repair or maintain water reticulation networks. Inspect and assess faults, plan the best response, and carry out repair work. Operate tools and machinery safely (training provided). Support with backflow prevention devices, meter reading and maintenance. Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Develop and implement plans for network maintenance and improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service to our customers. Work in a team environment to achieve shared goals. Be prepared to work at heights, in confined spaces or in challenging weather conditions. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
