Job description
Competencies: Network Security, Zscaler Cloud Security Services
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills:
• Deploying and configuring Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA and Providing expert-level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues, resolving network problems.
• Monitoring the performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures, as well as providing training to users.
• Supporting the operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management. Supporting the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades.
• Collaborating with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
• Performs planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms, especially ZIA and ZPA and or firewalls
• Ensures safe and efficient operations by monitoring performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting configurations, software hardware components and responding to connectivity issues
• Performs scheduled configuration changes to Zscaler or firewalls devices
• Identifies network issues and determine and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provides quality documentation and deliver presentations about network issues, updates, troubleshooting techniques, etc.
• Quickly and accurately diagnoses systems failures
