Network Sales Manager (IT/Security)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT and security industry. Manage and lead a team of network sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market developments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as those of competitors. Provide input to product development teams on customer needs and market trends. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT and security industry. Strong understanding of network technologies, including routing, switching, and security protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
