As a key member of the 1GLOBAL team, the Network Operations Centre (NOC) Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in the Network Operations Centre, ensuring the smooth operation of the network, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of network operations engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the network, • Developing and implementing network operations procedures and processes, • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network operations with other business functions, • Providing exceptional customer service and support, • Identifying and resolving network issues in a timely and efficient manner, • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
