Network Operations Center Engineer

Join our team as a Level 2 Backoffice Engineer and become an integral part of our operations in Timisoara, Romania. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for network operations and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network operations using advanced tools.
• Handle ticketing systems efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
• Apply your understanding of networking concepts at CCNA/CCNP level to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with service providers to maintain and improve network architecture and infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively in English and German to support our diverse team.

Requirements:

• Experience in NOC/SOC environments with a solid grasp of SLAs and KPIs.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Self-reliant with a quick learning ability.
• Knowledge of Linux, FTTx, xDSL, and optical networks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Nokia SR, OLT, DSLAM, and network automation using bash/python is advantageous.
