Network Manager (Enterprise IT Infrastructure)

Overview The Network Manager leads the Global Enterprise Network function, overseeing strategy, design, operations, and delivery of network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role ensures high performance, security, compliance, and business continuity while managing vendors, projects, budgets, and a diverse technical team. Strategic Leadership: Directs the vision, architecture, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable operations. Develops and implements network strategies to support business objectives, leveraging expertise in network design, implementation, and management. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and prioritize network requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Technical Expertise: Possesses deep understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based solutions. Proficient in designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Project Management: Oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery. Vendor Management: Manages relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develops and manages budgets for network-related projects and initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Team Leadership: Leads a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high performance, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Communication: Effectively communicates with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, IT teams, vendors, and customers. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
