Industry: Telecom Only Experience : 8-10 years (Relevant experience in facility management, O&M, or telecom infrastructure is preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Large Facility Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to manage utility systems and network facilities. The role involves ensuring high uptime, safety compliance, and efficient operations of the network facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain large-scale network facilities including power distribution, cooling systems, and backup systems. • Ensure 24/7 availability of critical infrastructure such as data centers, server rooms, and network closets. • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all network facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize capital projects for facility upgrades and expansions. • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on network facility operations and maintenance best practices. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to network facility management. • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance activities. • Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network facility management and apply this knowledge to continuously improve processes and procedures.
