Network Engineer Team Lead

We’re partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of network architecture, operations, and technical leadership — ideal for someone who can drive both hands-on delivery and solution design. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support network infrastructure operations across enterprise systems Drive network design, implementation, and system integration with project teams Act as a technical leader, providing guidance and oversight to junior engineers and project teams Ensure network infrastructure is designed, implemented, and maintained to meet business requirements and technical standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize network infrastructure projects and initiatives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and vendors Provide technical expertise and support to resolve network-related issues and incidents Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network architecture diagrams, system documentation, and technical guides What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on infrastructure operations and technical leadership Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and project managers Certification in Cisco CCNA or CCNP, or equivalent, is a plus Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent, is a plus Experience with network automation and orchestration tools, such as Ansible, SaltStack, or equivalent, is a plus Experience with cloud-based network infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus Experience with network virtualization, such as VMware NSX or equivalent, is a plus
