Network Engineer

Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and engaging technologist to be a critical part of our IT Enterprise organization. This individual will be onsite at our Singapore location and be the main point of contact and escalation for networks in our Singapore office and warehouse locations, as well as remote support for our remote users. The network engineer will be working directly with the IT Manager in Singapore, business teams and IT Leadership to transition and document IT infrastructure changes, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide proactive maintenance and monitoring of all network devices and systems. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP. Experience with network management tools and software such as CiscoWorks, SolarWinds, or Nagios is also highly valued. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
