Job description
Good understanding of enterprise network architectures (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN) and how large-scale networks operate Working knowledge of core networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS and DHCP Experience with telecoms and connectivity services, including voice and call centre environments Familiarity with NOC monitoring tools, incident handling and working with external service providers Understanding of incident and problem management processes, ideally based on ITIL frameworks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
