Network Engineer – Network Performance Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Network Performance Analyst with deep expertise in packet-level traffic analysis and network performance diagnostics. If you live and breathe packet captures, know Wireshark inside and out, and can dissect complex performance issues across distributed networks, we want to hear from you. You will join a team focused on maintaining optimal network performance across critical infrastructure, using industry-leading tools like Riverbed ARX, NIKSUN, and other advanced technologies. As a Network Performance Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: • Conducting packet-level traffic analysis using Wireshark and other tools to identify and troubleshoot network performance issues. • Developing and maintaining detailed reports on network performance metrics, including latency, jitter, and throughput. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to optimize network performance. • Providing expert-level support for network performance monitoring and troubleshooting. • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in packet-level traffic analysis and network performance diagnostics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in network performance analysis and troubleshooting. • In-depth knowledge of Wireshark and other packet-level traffic analysis tools. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network architecture. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
