Network Engineer

Role Overview and Responsibilities Dhruva Space is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a leading space technology company, we design and develop advanced solutions to support the expanding needs of the global space industry. The Network Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network architectures, • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely and efficient manner, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other systems and applications, • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in networking and cloud computing, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our network infrastructure. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, • 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in the space industry, • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing, • Experience with network management tools and systems, such as CiscoWorks, SolarWinds, or Nagios, • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for network architecture and design, • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
