Network Engineer

Job description

Job Description Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bank's enterprise network and voice infrastructure, including data center networks, office and branch networks, WAN / Internet connectivity, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)‐based unified communications systems. Monitor network and voice system availability, performance, capacity, and call quality; promptly respond to incidents, service degradation, and potential risks. Participate in the design, review, implementation, and testing of network architectures, protocols, and technologies. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications. Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. Provide expert-level support for network and voice system issues, troubleshooting, and resolution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve network performance, security, and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned.
