Network Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Network Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless network operations. We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in network operations and a passion for technology.

• Diagnose and manage all minor, major, and critical alarms efficiently.
• Create and resolve incident tickets while adhering to SLAs.
• Engage in fault management and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability.
• Plan, create, and implement change requests and tickets.
• Provide support for on-site technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing network elements and infrastructure.
• Monitor and report on network performance to maintain optimal operations.
• Integrate and configure network elements and services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for network processes and configurations.

Requirements:

• Experience in NOC/SOC with a solid understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Strong grasp of networking concepts at CCNA/CCNP level.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2) and German (B2).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Linux, FTTx, xDSL, and optical networks.
• Familiarity with Nokia SR, OLT, DSLAM, and microwave technology.
• Understanding of MPLS/IP, AAA, FW, and network automation with bash/python.
