Network Engineer

• Diagnose and manage all levels of network alarms, ensuring swift resolution.
• Create and resolve incident tickets while adhering to SLAs.
• Perform fault management and troubleshooting to maintain network integrity.
• Plan, create, and implement change requests and tickets effectively.
• Provide support for on-site technicians in troubleshooting and repairing network elements.
• Monitor network performance and generate comprehensive reports.
• Integrate and configure network elements and services.
• Maintain and update network documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in NOC/SOC with a strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts at CCNA/CCNP level.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2) and German (B2).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Linux and experience with FTTx and xDSL networks.
• Understanding of optical networks and MPLS/IP.
• Familiarity with Nokia SR, OLT, DSLAM, and network automation using bash/python.
