Network and Systems Administrator - Hybrid

PRT is seeking a Full-Time Network and Systems Administrator based in the Greater Toronto Area. You'll play a critical role in building and maintaining a robust and secure network and systems infrastructure for PRT, ensuring seamless operation for our 30+ sites across North America. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a company with a shared passion for environmental stewardship.

What You'll Do

• Manage hybrid Active Directory/Entra ID and migrate the remaining servers and applications to the cloud.
• Deploy, configure, update, and troubleshoot a wide variety of on-premise and cloud-based systems, including Windows Servers, VDI, Microsoft 365 and other local and cloud-based software.
• Set up and maintain firewalls, switches, and access points and manage the VOIP phone system.
• Support the helpdesk with advanced remote troubleshooting for Canadian and US nursery locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers to ensure a highly functional and secure infrastructure.
• Provide in-person desktop support to the Toronto office when required
• Travel to various Canadian and US nursery locations as needed, with scheduled on-call availability for up to 14 days a month.

Location: Hybrid, in-office 3 days/week at Matheson Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, near the airport.
