Network and Infrastructure Specialist
Job description
JOB PURPOSE The Network and Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for supporting, managing and building the operational and project-based infrastructure requirements of the business. Where design and troubleshooting are required on servers, routers, switches and firewalls. The aim of this responsibility is to contribute to the overall business strategy, operations and commercial objectives as required by the objective or project. Utilising the technology tools to effectively manage and control the infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business. This includes monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for improvement.
