After a period of integration and training to our store's methods, you ensure the supervision of daily store activity and accompany teams. Engaged, you are in charge of commercial management (procurement, product offer, professionalization of shelves, food safety) and follow performance indicators to improve the point of sale on a daily basis. You manage a team of 15 employees, ensuring their skills development and continuous improvement.
