.NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer to join our Technology team. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality API-driven solutions and providing technical leadership across modern engineering environments. You will play a key role in shaping solution design, guiding development teams, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of innovative .NET-based solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies for API-driven solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and designers. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system design documents, and technical guides. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve solution design and development. Key Requirements Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET. Experience with API design, development, and testing using RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a .NET developer or technical lead.
