.NET Tech Lead – Backend & Cloud (Azure) Role Technical leadership role within the Tax Adjustment team. Ownership of backend architecture and cloud solutions, with hands-on influence on design and delivery. Responsibilities Lead backend development in .NET and shape cloud architecture on Azure Design scalable, secure services for tax/financial systems Provide technical leadership to the team; code reviews, standards, decisions Work closely with business and stakeholders in a consulting-style service-oriented manner Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for the team Participate in the development of the technology roadmap and strategic planning for the Tax Adjustment team.
