Job Description:

As the .NET Tech Lead at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will lead and mentor a team of developers while overseeing the design, development, and delivery of high-quality .NET applications. You will be responsible for making technology decisions, ensuring best practices are followed, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Design architecture and development of complex software solutions using .NET technologies.

• Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to define project scope and timelines.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to foster professional growth.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Proven experience in leading a development team and managing projects.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks.

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
