This role blends technical leadership with active development. You’ll shape modern, secure, and scalable backend platforms used across European markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and delivery of backend systems using .NET technologies; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions; Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for software development; Develop and maintain technical documentation; Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback; Stay up-to-date with latest .NET developments and trends. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a regulated environment; Strong understanding of .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET; Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; Familiarity with Agile development methodologies; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
