.NET Lead with GenAI

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft Azure services, and OpenAI APIs
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure applications integrating AI models and natural language processing
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI teams, and product owners to translate AI research into production-ready software
• Drive best practices for architecture, coding standards, testing, and DevOps workflows
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering knowledge growth and technical excellence
• Manage project planning, sprint execution, and ensure alignment with stakeholder goals
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and monitoring solutions on Azure
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines in AI solutions
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, cloud advancements, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in .NET Framework and/or .NET Core development
• Proven experience with cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and Cognitive Services
• Hands-on integration of OpenAI APIs, GPT models, Generative AI frameworks, or similar AI/ML platforms into enterprise applications
• AI Orchestrator frameworks such as Microsoft Semantic Kernel
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design patterns
• Skills in containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps
• Strong leadership ability with proven mentoring and communication skills
• Capability to work effectively in Agile, collaborative team environments
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment processes
• Prior involvement in building conversational AI/chatbots or natural language processing solutions
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements specific to AI and data handling
