Role: DBA - .NET Full Stack Developers

Location: Remote in Mexico

Key Skills: C#, .NET, React.js, SQL.

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developers to design, build and maintain scalable backend services and highly responsive front-end applications, with hands-on ownership across the UI, service and database layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Core / .NET 5/6/8+ framework.
• Extensive experience building ASP.NET Core Web APIs and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles.
• Strong SQL Server or PostgreSQL skills – efficient queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with micro frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and responsive front-end components using React.js, exposed via RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
• Work with SQL Server or PostgreSQL – write efficient queries, stored procedures and ORM code using Entity Framework Core.
• Build reusable React components, manage application state (Redux, Context API or Zustand), and ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews and technical grooming.

Preferred Skills

• GitHub Copilot experience in development and Git version control.
• Playwright for automated testing.
• Azure development experience.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written English
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration
