.NET Engineer

Finders SA Finders is recruiting a Software Engineer for a leading private bank in Switzerland. We are looking for someone passionate about building scalable, efficient and sustainable software, and creating high-quality digital experiences for internal and external users. Responsibilities ? Design and implement robust, scalable systems using modern technologies. ? Refactor and optimize the existing codebase to improve reliability, scalability and maintainability. ? Develop extensions to the current e-banking back-end solution. ? Drive migration to new technologies, platforms and language features, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement. ? Provide guidance, training and feedback to support the team's growth and technical excellence. Profile ? Higher education in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or a completed technical apprenticeship. ? 5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer working with C#. ? Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, and excellent knowledge of .NET 8.0. ? Ability to assess problems, set priorities and solve complex technical challenges. ? Proven track record in driving technology forward. ? Strong collaboration skills and willingness to take ownership. ? Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently. ?
