Job description
Project/Client: Fintech Duration: 12 months Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a fintech project delivering greenfield payment initiatives across Europe. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building modern, compliant payment platforms from the ground up, requiring deep expertise in real-time and batch payment systems, banking standards, and Open Banking within regulated environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend payment processing logic using .NET Core; design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available payment architectures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards; participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall development process. Requirements: Strong experience in developing payment systems using .NET; deep understanding of real-time and batch payment processing; knowledge of banking standards, Open Banking, and regulated environments; excellent problem-solving skills; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
