.NET Developer with Security Clearance

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team, who will support us in IT projects – in the public sector. Scope of tasks: * Designing and developing applications and databases within the scope of implemented projects. * Preparing work estimations, identifying potential difficulties and possible implementation risks. * Developing test plans and executing them to ensure the correct functioning of the developed solutions. * Ensuring high code quality, including participation in reviews and verification of other programmers' work. * Providing technical support and sharing knowledge with team members. * Ongoing cooperation with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and testers in creating new functionalities. * Preparing technical documentation for developed components and services. * Executing tasks in accordance with applicable technical standards and SCRUM methodology. Essential skills and qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET programming. * Very good knowledge of the C# language. * Practical experience with at least one backend technology or framework: ASP.NET MVC, WPF, SignalR, WCF, ASP.NET Core, Web API. * Very good knowledge of object-oriented design principles and application of good practices (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code), and experience in applying TDD. * Proficiency in working with the Visual Studio environment. * Experience using Entity Framework or another ORM. * Practice in creating applications using relational SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases. * Experience in developing services based on REST, SOAP, or SignalR. * Basic knowledge of one of the frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue. * Experience using tools supporting the software development process (CI/CD, static code analysis, test coverage, xUnit/NUnit, and Git). * Security clearance for access to classified information with a "confidential" clause. * Readiness to undergo an extended vetting procedure for access to classified information with "secret" and "top secret" clauses.
