• Direct contact and negotiations with indebted Clients in a selected area
• Assistance in establishing individual repayment terms
• Monitoring of set payment deadlines
• Maintaining a positive company image
• Updating client information
• Timely reporting to the Company headquarters

We undertake debt collection activities, taking into account debt collection ethics and the well-being of our contractors and subcontractors. We cooperate with debt collection companies and law firms throughout the country.
