We are looking for Dutch-speaking or Flemish Operations Customer Experts who want to enhance the customer experience of a world-renowned coffee brand.

What will you do?
In this role, you will be the one who:

• Helps customers via phone, email, and chat
• Turns every interaction into a positive brand experience
• Strives for solutions at first contact
• Learns everything about products and sustainability initiatives
• Sees opportunities for upselling and customer binding
• Treats contacts in both Dutch/Flemish and English

Training & Development
You will receive approximately 20 days of intensive training (in English) where you will learn everything about the product, tools, and customer communication. After successful completion, you will sign your employment contract.
