About the role:
Are you passionate about digital platforms and want to help small businesses grow? As a customer support representative, you will support Dutch-speaking customers of a large social media brand. You will advise them on digital advertising products, resolve technical issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience via phone, email, and chat.

You will be part of an international, supporting team that prioritizes personal growth and a positive work environment.

Your tasks:

• Support small and medium-sized businesses to increase their online presence

• Provide pre- and after-sales support for self-service advertising products

• Guide customers through tools and products to optimize their experience

• Register, follow up, and ensure a quick solution for customer cases

• Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams

• Signal trends and proactively come up with solutions for new challenges

Salary & benefits:

• 14-month salary structure: vacation pay & Christmas bonus are paid monthly

What we're looking for:

• Dutch as a native language or fluent (spoken and written)

• Strong English communication skills for internal collaboration

• Interest in digital marketing and online advertising

• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving ability

• Readiness to relocate and work remotely from Lisbon
