Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative - Relocate to Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative who is willing to relocate to the beautiful Greece! This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our dynamic team, while serving our clients in an inspiring new environment. As a Customer Success Representative, you are responsible for supporting our Dutch-speaking clients and ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.

• Function as main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients and building strong relationships.
• Guide clients in understanding and effectively using our products and services.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and provide personalized support to ensure their success.
• Accurately document all client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues and offer solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

• Floated in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; some English language skills.
• Prior experience in customer success or similar client-focused roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge.
• A strong commitment to client satisfaction and achieving results.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full support during the relocation process.
