• Monitor and moderate user content to comply with community guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer requests and problems.

• Precise registration of interactions and moderation activities.
• Collect feedback from users to improve the moderation process.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in content moderation and customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and good English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or content moderation is desired.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and moderation tools is an advantage.
