The Job

As a Dutch customer service employee, you represent a Dutch health insurance company. You are the first point of contact for policyholders, which means you answer incoming calls in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Most questions are about: premiums, reimbursements, the mandatory deductible, or coverage and benefits.

You are a good listener, can ask the right questions, and provide good and accurate information. In your role as an advisor, you actively respond to the customer's needs. With a helpful attitude and a service-oriented approach, you ensure that the customer is extremely satisfied.

You will be part of a team that strives for reliability, transparency, and personal service. Together, you ensure that every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

We Offer

• Work 24-39 hours (scheduled hours per week)
• Work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00

Your Qualifications

You have native-level Dutch writing and speaking skills and can communicate in English.

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

You have basic knowledge of computers and phones.

Service-oriented and able to actively listen.

You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself further.
