• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collect and provide customer feedback to stimulate service improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service or a comparable role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
• A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly beneficial.
