• Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Answer customer questions and resolve problems efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our gaming services.
• Work together with your team to maintain high quality standards.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collect and report customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent in Netherlands and good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
• A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
