We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to guide Dutch-speaking advertisers through their onboarding process. In this role, you will help new clients set up their account, explain important Google Ads features, and ensure they have a strong foundation for long-term campaign success.

Guiding Dutch-speaking clients through the onboarding trajectory
Giving clear instructions on Google Ads settings and best practices
Analyzing client needs and advising optimal advertising solutions
Caring for correct account configuration and a strong optimization basis
Communication via phone, email, and online meetings
Near collaboration with internal teams for smooth processes
Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and quality service

Dutch language proficiency at C2 level or higher
English language proficiency at C1 level
Knowledge of Google Ads or digital marketing (experience is a plus; training will be provided)
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Ready to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain

Annual salary: 23,000-25,000
Accommodation: 1 month included with relocation
