About the role:
We are seeking Dutch-speaking customer service representatives who want to work in the heart of Athens! In this role, you will provide customers with support via phone, email, and chat, answer questions, and ensure excellent service, all while enjoying Mediterranean life.

What we offer:

• Salary: 1,200 - 1,500 per 14 months, depending on the project + monthly performance bonus of 1015%
• Legal allowances & competitive remuneration: Night shifts (22:00-06:00) +25%, Sundays and public holidays +75% based on hourly wage
• Flexible rotating shifts: Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday, depending on the project, with 2 free days per week
• Relocation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + flight ticket (within the EU) + airport pickup, plus help finding suitable accommodation according to salary

• Paperwork support: Help with bank account, insurance, and other formalities

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Dutch and English (B2)
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• Ready to move to Athens this month or start remotely
