Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Languages: Fluent Dutch (spoken & written), basic English
Function: Content Moderator Social Media (TikTok)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Salary: €1,100/month + monthly performance bonus

As a Content Moderator, you will review videos, comments, and user accounts to ensure they comply with the platform's guidelines. You will contribute to a safe and pleasant online environment for all users.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and moderating content (videos, comments, profiles) in Dutch

• Identifying and removing non-compliant content

• Timely and objective handling of user reports

• Escalating complex cases according to internal guidelines

• Staying up-to-date with changes in moderation policy

• Fluent Dutch in writing and speaking

• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication

• Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends)

• Precise and emotionally resilient

• Experience with content moderation or customer service is a plus
