As a specialist, you are responsible for taking care of hotel reservations for Dutch-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.

• Communicate with Dutch-speaking clients to help them with their hotel reservations via various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about hotel options, availability, and prices, tailored to the client's needs.
• Process reservation requests accurately and ensure that all client specifications are met.
• Manage and resolve client questions and problems related to hotel reservations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document all client interactions and reservations in our CRM system for good follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in the hotel industry, promotions, and available packages to offer clients relevant options.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a comparable role is desired.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to effectively manage client complaints and offer suitable solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially in a remote environment.
• Readiness to relocate to Greece with full support for relocation.
